Privacy Notice

Last updated: September 1, 2026

This is the full privacy notice ("aviso de privacidad integral") issued under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares, "LFPDPPP") and its Regulations. It describes how personal data collected through https://glowmobility.mx is handled. This English version is provided for convenience; the Spanish version governs.

1. Identity and address of the data controller

Glow Mobility Technologies LLC ("Glow") is the controller ("responsable") of your personal data. Glow is a company incorporated in 2024 in the State of Delaware, United States of America, operating commercially in Mexico with regional scope across Latin America.

  • Registered address: 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, United States of America.
  • Operating address in Mexico: Acordada 32-203, Col. San José Insurgentes, C.P. 03900, Benito Juárez, Mexico City.
  • Email for privacy matters: paolo@glowmobility.mx
  • Website: https://glowmobility.mx

2. What personal data is collected

This site is informational. It has no contact forms, no user accounts, no payment processing, and no advertising or user-tracking tools. Contact happens through email links that open your own mail client.

Only two kinds of data are collected:

a) Data you choose to send us by email. Typically your name, your email address, the company and role you mention, a phone number if you include one, and the contents of your message.

b) Technical data logged by the site's hosting provider. As standard, the IP address the request comes from, the date and time, the pages requested, and the browser type. These records are generated by normal server operation.

The site loads typefaces from an external web font provider. Your browser makes that request directly to the provider, so your IP address may be logged by it under its own policies.

No sensitive personal data, no financial or asset data, and no data from minors is collected through this site. Please do not include information of that nature in your messages.

3. Primary purposes

The following purposes are necessary and give rise to our relationship with you:

  • Answering your message and handling your request for information.
  • Following up on that request, including scheduling and holding conversations, meetings, or product demonstrations.
  • Preparing a commercial proposal, where applicable, and carrying on the related correspondence.
  • Keeping the site secure, available, and working correctly, and preventing abuse, through the server's technical logs.
  • Complying with applicable legal obligations and responding to requests from competent authorities.

4. Secondary purposes

The following purposes are not necessary in order to assist you, and you may object to them without affecting your request:

  • Sending you later updates about the product, the platform, or the company.
  • Inviting you to demonstrations, briefings, or events.
  • Producing internal, aggregated statistics about inbound interest, without identifying you.

If you do not want your data used for these purposes, you can say so by replying to the email in which you receive them, or by writing at any time to paolo@glowmobility.mx. Your refusal takes effect immediately and has no consequence for how your original request is handled.

Processing is carried out with your consent, under the LFPDPPP. For data that is not sensitive, financial, or asset-related, the law recognizes tacit consent: when you send us an email with this notice available to you and do not object, consent is understood to be given for the purposes described here.

Server logs are processed to operate and secure the site, which is a purpose necessary to deliver the page you are viewing.

6. Transfers and processors

Glow does not sell, rent, or trade personal data.

Running the website and email requires service providers that act on Glow's behalf and instruction, such as the site's hosting provider and the email service provider. Under the LFPDPPP these providers are processors ("encargados"), and their involvement is not a transfer requiring your consent.

Beyond that, your personal data is not transferred to third parties, except where a transfer is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, to respond to a competent authority, or in the other cases the LFPDPPP allows without consent.

7. Storage and international transfer

Glow is a United States company. Your personal data is processed and stored on servers located outside Mexico, primarily in the United States of America, where the personal data protection regime differs from the Mexican one.

By emailing us with this notice available to you, you are informed of that fact and consent to your data being processed and stored outside Mexico for the purposes described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site's contact channels.

8. Data retention

Contact data is kept for as long as the correspondence remains of interest and for the period needed to fulfill the purposes described and any applicable legal obligations. After that period the data is blocked and then deleted. Server logs are kept for the period the hosting provider retains its standard logs.

9. ARCO rights

You have the right to know what personal data we hold and what we use it for (access), to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data (rectification), to ask that it be removed from our records when you consider it is not needed for the stated purposes (cancellation), and to object to its use for specific purposes (opposition). These are known in Mexico as ARCO rights.

To exercise any of them, send an email to paolo@glowmobility.mx with the subject "ARCO Rights", including:

  • Your name and a means of sending you our response.
  • A document establishing your identity or, where applicable, your legal authority to act on someone's behalf.
  • A clear description of the personal data the request covers and of the right you wish to exercise.
  • Anything else that helps locate the data.

We will confirm receipt, may ask for additional information if the request is unclear, and will communicate our decision through the same channel within the periods set by the LFPDPPP. Exercising these rights is free of charge; only the reproduction or delivery costs the law allows would apply.

If you believe your right to personal data protection has been infringed, you may bring the matter before the competent Mexican federal data protection authority.

You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time by writing to paolo@glowmobility.mx. We will confirm through the same channel once the withdrawal has taken effect. Note that for legal reasons, withdrawal cannot always be immediate or complete.

11. Limiting use or disclosure

Using the same email address, you can ask us to stop sending you communications about the product or the company without having to file an ARCO request. Your details are then added to an internal exclusion list so you are not contacted for those purposes.

12. Cookies and tracking technologies

This site uses no advertising cookies, no third-party profiling cookies, and no web analytics tools installed by Glow. The only records are the server logs described in section 2 and the web font request mentioned there.

13. Changes to this notice

This notice may be amended to reflect changes in our operations, our services, or applicable law. The current version is always published at https://glowmobility.mx, with its last updated date visible at the top of the document. Where a change is material, it will be announced on the site itself. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
